Rental software provider Goodlord raises fresh capital. Goodlord, a London-based startup offering solutions for the rental market, recently announced a £10 million fundraise. The company is turning itself around after layoffs in 2018. The cloud-based software offering is primarily focused on facilitating real estate transactions such as contracts and rent collection. The company is geared to solving existing landlord / tenant issues, such as using technology to help landlords comply with U.K. regulations about tenant fees and providing tenants with dedicating account numbers for paying their rent.
