The payment facilitator business just keeps getting bigger. And as it grows, so does a need for the resources to match.

That’s why this fall, PaymentFacilitator is launching PF WORLD 2018. It’s the first-ever standalone event focused exclusively on the payment facilitator business. Mark your calendars now for September 25, when we plan to convene at the Galvanize Office in West SoHo New York City.

There are plenty of opportunities within the payments industry to gather and talk about payments. And for the past couple of years, we’ve been heavily involved with breakout events especially for payment facilitators at those conferences.

But as we’ve seen repeatedly with the PF model in general, the old rules just don’t apply. As the payment facilitator business expands and matures, the complexities grow along with it. And while many PFs and those who support the model are part of the broader payments industry, many are technology companies coming at the problem of payments from a totally different direction.

PF WORLD 2018 is designed to tackle the challenges unique to payment facilitators head-on.

Attendees will have the chance to network directly with the top names in the industry – successful payment facilitators ready to share the challenges they have faced and how they have overcome them.

The event will focus on the big questions and big ideas…

  • What are the global trends that are giving rise to the PF model?
  • How big is the market and where is it headed?
  • Why should a business consider becoming a payment facilitator?

…as well as information about funding, PCI compliance and the role of the acquirer in the PF ecosystem.  The day will culminate with “The Great Debate,” with industry leaders debating the advantages and disadvantages of becoming a payment facilitator.

We’ll share more speakers and information about the agenda as we get closer to the event. In the meantime, you can find more details and register on the event web site. PF events always fill up quickly, so be sure to save your spot now and take advantage of early bird registration, which ends August 31.
